1) Tell us about the program you are involved in or would like to start in your school or an after school program to benefit the students in your local community

2) What are or what could be the educational benefits of your activity or program?
3) How does/could your activity or program motivate students to succeed academically and to stay in school?
4) What inspired you to create this opportunity for your students and local community?

NOTE: This contest is open only to current teachers and administrators at public schools, private schools and after-school non-profit programs in the Florida counties of Manatee, Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco, Citrus, Hernando and Polk who are at least 18 years old as of the date of entry.
