ST. PETERSBURG --
A woman driving on the Howard Frankland Bridge on Tuesday afternoon flashed another driver in an apparent road rage incident.
The Florida Highway Patrol said about 4 p.m. the woman got out of her car, jumped on another driver's car and flashed the driver.
When police arrived on scene the topless woman, who the FHP described only as a 30-year-old white woman, tried to get away by running into traffic. She also threatened to hurt herself.
The incident clogged traffic on the St. Petersburg side of the bridge while police took the woman into custody under the Baker Act.
