If you don't have a ticket to this weekend's series between the Tampa Bay Rays and the New York Yankees -- you may be out of luck.
For the first time in Rays history, three regular consecutive home games are sold out.
Friday night's game is also the first home game since the death of Yankees owner George Steinbrenner.
A moment of silence in honor of Steinbrenner is planned at the beginning of the evening.
Up until this point in the season, the Rays have had trouble getting fans into the Trop to watch them play -- until now.
"People are feeling the heat, Rays fever," said fan Jim Connors.
Fellow fan April Lamoche doesn't have tickets for the highly anticipated series, and was found in her Rays gear at Ferg's Sports Bar and Grill.
"You guys have some tickets? Call me," Lamoche said.
So why all the attention?
Connors said he thinks it's because the popular Yankees are here in town.
I think you got A-Rod looking at 600 home runs right now," said Connors. "That's a big reason. And you got the two best teams in baseball, so I'm not surprised by it."
Meantime, Lamoche said she was bugged by that fact.
"I can't stand it when the Yankees get all the attention for filling up our stadium," said Lamoche. "That's bothers me. But in the end, they're here. They're paying to support the Rays."
Whatever the reason, many say the sold out series should be cause for celebration.
Earlier this week pitcher Matt Garza threw the team's first no-hitter against Detroit.
More history could be made when the players take action at 7:10 p.m.
Yankees third baseman Alex Rodriguez is one home run away from the 600th in his career.
