School board to address last day issue

Hillsborough County school leaders have already voted on this year's school calendar.

But it looks like they will have to do it again.

According to Bay News 9's partner newspaper the St. Petersburg Times, the way the schedule is set right now has the last day of school falling on a Monday.

Officials said that detail was missed in the last round of voting.

School board members said that would be a huge inconvenience.

The board is expected to address the issue at Tuesday's board meeting.
