Car dealers are slashing prices for the Labor Day weekend.
Car salesman at Clearwater Toyota are working overtime to sell a lot of 2010 models to make way for new 2011 ones.
"We've got plenty of 2010s that we're trying to move by using incentives," said Dustin Williams, a salesman at Clearwater Toyota.
One of the incentives Williams plans on using are zero percent financing, which drove Thomas Packer to the dealership.
"With the times be what they are and with the economy being as such, these kinds of deals we will probably not see for a while," he said.
Toyota is battling back from a stretch of sticky accelerator problems that forced millions of cars to be recalled.
Despite the recall, Toyota's sales increased 35 percent in March compared to a year ago.
Williams says Toyota is focusing on taking extra steps to heal its brand.
"Toyota has recovered from it. It's strong," he said. "They did a lot to rebuild the faith with customers."
The dealership is also offering deals on used models.
Toyota's zero percent financing ranges up to 60 months on 11 select models.
There are similar deals all around the Bay area from automakers like General Motors, Ford, and Honda.
