Olympic Swimmer to design his own shoe

Lochte sports his "grillz" during a World Championship awards ceremony

Two time Olympian Ryan Lochte, known by most swimming fans as a free-spirited, fun loving guy, is always eager to race. He's now taking that passion to a different arena.

Following the 2008 Beijing Olympics--where the Volusia County native won gold--there were many reports of Lochte wanting to design his own clothing line. He's now teaming up with Speedo, a long time sponsor, to design his own shoe.

"Best way to describe the shoe, is out of this world" Lochte posted on twitter.

The revealing of the shoe will be at nationals on August 3.
