Hurricane Ivan is moving south of the Cayman Islands.
The Category 4 storm is moving west-northwest at less than 10 mph.
A hurricane warning is in effect for parts of the southern coast of Cuba.
Ivan has already killed dozens of people in the Caribbean.
The forecast track is keeping Ivan west of the Tampa Bay area and eventually making landfall along the Panhandle. The track has the center of the storm passing nearly 150 miles west of Tampa Bay.

The Bay area may still experience some tropical storm force winds late Tuesday into early Wednesday.
High winds, areas of heavy rain and tornadoes could also be a threat for the area.
An evacuation order has already been issued for the Florida Keys.
