This billboard on Seminole Boulevard led to the arrest of a man who allegedly hit Sarah Landry.
Ever since Sarah Landry was killed in April 2004 as she crossed Seminole Boulevard, the Florida Highway Patrol has been looking for the driver that ran her over.

Michael Huey, 37, was arrested Thursday in the case. Someone who says she was a passenger in Huey's car that night turned him in.

In June 2004, Landry's family placed a billboard showing showing Landry's picture on Seminole Boulevard near Walsingham Road. The billboard asked for the public's help in finding the drivers that hit her. The witness says the family's pleas for help, including a billboard with Landry's picture, are what convinced her to talk to authorities.

Michael Huey is charged with hitting Landry and not stopping.
"She couldn't live herself anymore and turned herself in, which implicated this fellow that's been arrested,"  said Sarah's father, Bill Landry.

Huey was charged with leaving the scene of a accident involving death, a felony.

"It's gratifying to know that the state troopers worked hard," Landry said. "Because at one point it almost became a cold case file because there really wasn't much to go on."
