St. Petersburg police are on the lookout for an attempted sexual assault suspect.
The incident happened on the 300 block of Third Avenue South. A 16-year-old girl said the man attacked her on the way to her bus stop February 25. She said he caught her and dragged her to a ditch where she fought him off.
Earlier this week, the same victim was allegedly chased by the same suspect. A YMCA security guard prevented the attack that time.
The suspect is described as a black male in his early 20s with a short afro and scars on his face.
Anyone with information is asked to call 727-893-7746.
