The 1999 Buick Regal that belonged to 85-year-old George Wallace was found near Melrose Avenue South and 19th Street. Police say a 17-year-old and a friend discovered the car Friday night with the keys in the door.
They drove the car around their south St. Petersburg neighborhood for a while before calling police.
