Hoover is being held on $90,000 bond.
The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office arrested an alleged Latin King Gang affiliate Thursday morning one month after a shooting incident.

Officers say 18-year-old Hoover Jacobo Gonzalez of Tampa is facing three counts each of aggravated assault with a firearm, shooting at, within or into a vehicle, and discharging a firearm from a vehicle. They say on Feb. 16 at Embassy Lane and Diplomat Drive in Tampa, Gonzalez and two others used a vehicle to try to block three people from leaving their home, while making verbal threats.

The victims were able to flee the scene in their vehicle, which is when detectives say Gonzalez fired shots at their vehicle. No injuries were reported.
