A man accused of stalking an American Idol contestant is getting help.

Sixty-year-old Daniel Young of Pearblossom, Calif., is in a local mental health facility. He was arrested Jan. 17 on charges of misdemeanor stalking after flying to Tampa to see Jessica Sierra, who was a finalist on last season's show.

Young was ruled incompetent to stand trial on March 28. He could return to California to continue treatment if his mental condition stabilizes.
