Body found in car

Freddie Johnson has been missing since April 30.

The Tampa Police Marine Patrol has recovered a green Acura in the Hillsborough River at Powhattan Street and Rivershore Boulevard with a body inside.

The medical examiner will have to determine the person's identity.

The car's description matches the one driven by Freddie Lee Johnson, 34, who has been missing since April 30.

The Tampa Police Department said Johnson was last seen in the area and that's what led detectives to search the river.
