Portion of McMullen Booth Road closed

A portion of McMullen Booth Road is closed near Ruth Eckerd Hall this morning for railroad work.

Crews started the work this weekend.

There are several churches along the road, so many drivers will be navigating the detours.

The Florida Department of Traffic is asking drivers to take U.S. 19 to Drew Street instead. That area on McMullen Booth will be closed for about three weeks.
