Brian Michael Lane is facing multiple charges of molestation against children.
PASCO COUNTY (Bay News 9) -- A Pasco County day care worker has been arrested for the second time in less than a week on sex charges.

Brian Michael Lane, already accused of the molestation of a 4-year-old boy, was taken into custody on Monday and charged with sexually assaulting a 10-year-old boy.

Lane, 29, worked as a teacher at Sugar Plum First Class Preschool in Hudson for the past six years.

According to the Pasco County Sheriff's Office, Lane's latest arrest stems from charges that he assaulted the 10-year-old boy at least 10 times this year.

Officials did not say if the second boy was assaulted at the day care center, only adding that the 10-year-old boy was assaulted between January and March of this year.

Lane was originally arrested last Thursday. Investigators said then that the 4-year-old boy said that, between August 2007 and January 2008, Lane put his hand down the boy's pants more than once during naptime.

Lane, who bonded out of jail over the weekend on the original arrest, is expected to appear in court this morning.
