TAMPA (Bay News 9) -- A man was stabbed to death in Tampa early Wednesday morning.
Police said Ronald Bennett, 43, was at his girlfriend's apartment on West Chestnut Street when her estranged husband, Alexander Miller, 34, showed up just before 2 a.m. and started banging on the bedroom window.
According to reports, Miller broke the window and came into the apartment, where the two men started fighting. Miller stabbed Bennett, and then ran away.
Bennett died at St. Joseph's Hospital.
Police are still searching for Miller, who was last seen driving a Dodge Dakota pick-up truck near Nebraska Avenue and Busch Boulevard.
