HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY (Bay News 9) -- A Temple Terrace man is accused of approaching a woman and falsely identifying himself as a police officer.
Noah Miller, 22, was arrested early Tuesday morning and charged with impersonating a law-enforcement officer and false imprisonment.
Temple Terrace police say a 21-year-old woman pulled into a parking space at the subdivision where she lives.

Police say Miller followed her and approached her car and told her to roll down her window. She refused.
Police say he identified himself as a police officer, so the victim rolled down the window a little bit to speak.
She was still on the phone with dispatch personnel, who told her to ask to see a badge. The suspect said his badge was in his car.
Police say he went back to the Blazer, then drove off. The victim was able to describe the vehicle. Police arrived as Miller was leaving. He was pulled over, questioned and arrested.
Police say they found a a black BB pistol, handcuffs, a metal baton, folding knife, Maglite flashlight and a ballistic vest in his car.
