Ida weakens to tropical depression

What was Tropical Storm Ida is now a tropical depression.

BAY NEWS 9 --  What was Tropical Storm Ida is now a tropical depression because of its travel over part of Central America.

Its winds are only 35 mph.

Bay News 9 meteorologist Brian McClure says if it gets out into the Caribbean it will try to restrengthen. It's located at about 13.8 N and 84.1 W.
