(Bay News 9) -- Is the Tampa Bay Buccaneers rough season hurting team store sales?
Those in the fashion business say they're feeling the funk.
At Heads and Tails in Tampa, Hutson Armstrong says the Bucs gear isn't flying out the door this year.
"This season's sales have gone down tremendously, and we'd like to see them pop back up," said Armstrong.
Armstrong says the store is even thinking of doing some rearranging, to move the Bucs apparel and accessories to the back.
The USF items would be moved into the front.
Florida Gators gear is the most popular at Heads and Tails, according to Armstrong.
But rewinding and going retro is revving up nostalgic sales, like the old orange jerseys.
"It's bringing back old memories," said Armstrong.
"I think the throwback jerseys will bring back more sales than jerseys," said fan Ryan Greenacre.
Authentic Team Merchandise also reports that the orange stuff has definitely fueled the Buccaneers side of sales.
As far as specific players go, the store says Derrick Brooks jerseys are selling better than current players.
