HERNANDO COUNTY -- A Hernando County woman is getting some national attention from a very well known bunny.
Dee Mills, who is a finalist for the Energizer Keep Going Hall of Fame, received a visit from the Energizer Bunny Tuesday.
According to their web site, the Energizer Keep Going Hall of Fame "recognizes perseverance, boundless energy and a never-quit spirit."
Mills' son was killed in Iraq and since then Mills has been doing all she can to support the troops overseas.
"I have a mission," Mills said. "It's a life mission and right now it is about supporting our troops. That's what I do. It comes from the bottom of my heart and it is endless for me."
Online voting for a winner, who will receive $10,000, starts June 26.
