HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY (Bay News 9) -- At least a dozen people were injured in a crash involving a Hartline bus and a pick-up truck in Tampa Monday morning.
According to Hillsborough County Fire Rescue, at least 12 people were injured when the bus and truck collided at 56th Street and Hillsborough Ave. just before 10 a.m.
The injured included ten bus passengers, the bus driver, and the driver of the pick-up truck.
Ray Yeakley with HCFR said none of the injuries are life threatening. He added that most of the injured people on the bus were complaining of neck and back pain.
The condition of the pick-up truck driver is unknown.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
