After a mastectomy, many breast cancer survivors are faced with the difficult decision of whether to pursue plastic reconstructive surgery.

When Debbie Horwitz was 32 years old, she found out she had breast cancer. She decided to create her own road map for what cancer patients should expect. She chronicled her breast reconstruction journey with photographs and a booklet called, "Myself: Together Again."

Debbie wants the project to give breast cancer patients information and hope.
