The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will open the 2017 NFL regular season on the road, taking on in-state rival Miami at Hard Rock Stadium.
The home opener in Week 2 will be a homecoming for Mike Glennon, whose Bears come to Tampa.
Tampa Bay will have an interesting stretch in early October, playing two games in five days and three in 14 days.
The Bucs have two prime time games this season, hosting both -- on Thursday night in Week 5 against defending Super Bowl champion New England, and in Week 15 against division rival and reigning NFC champion Atlanta.
Also of note, the Bucs don't play a division game until Week 8, when Carolina comes to Raymond James Stadium.
Once again, Sunday nights will have flexible scheduling, from Weeks 10 through 15 and for the final weekend. Also, two of the five Sunday night matchups in Weeks 5 through 9 can be flexed.
Byes will occur Weeks 5 through 11.
