Did you know that elves have green eyebrows because they are born under a Christmas tree?

This is the latest information straight out of the North Pole, via Busch Gardens’ Christmastown.

The event runs Nov. 19 - 25, then weekends in December and finally Dec. 25 through Dec. 31.

We hit up Santa’s house and immediately met Mistletoe, Plaid and Rocky, three of Santa’s elves helping Mrs. Claus wrap presents and serve her famous sugar cookies.

While the elves fuss over the perfectly wrapped presents, Mrs. Claus fusses over them, making sure their uniforms are perfect -- buttons and shoes shined, hair ribbons with perfect bows, and bells on the jingle bell hats jingling.

It all has to be perfect for the children coming to meet Santa.

"Well they come in and they're usually very excited and they give me a wonderful hugs,” explained Mrs. Clause about the children. “And they always look so amazing. They're excited to see Santa, of course!"

Santa’s house, however, is only one part of Christmastown. The theme park is decked out in twinkling lights, and there are musicians, entertainers and animal interactions.

"We have five wonderful shows,” said Busch Gardens’ Lori Land, “such as our favorites ‘Christmas from the Heart,’ ‘Christmas on Ice’ and ‘Christmas Celebration.’"

Finally, we’d be remiss if we didn’t mention Rudolph’s Winter Wonderland.

We found Santa's best reindeer Rudolph and Rudolph's best girl Clarisse waiting to greet children, along with one of their most elusive buddies: Bumbles the Snow Yeti.

And the celebration doesn't end after Christmas -- or even after the New Year.

The show "Three Kings" will celebrate the journey of the three Wise men to Bethlehem – guided by a star in search of the baby Jesus.

The show runs from Jan. 1 - 6.
