A Seminole man has been charged with one count of aggravated child abuse after an 8-month-old in his care was found with multiple bone fractures.
Investigators said Gary Gibeault, 32, didn’t report the baby’s injuries because he had a warrant out for his arrest.
According to reports, the baby’s mother didn’t discover the injuries until the next day.
The baby girl was taken to the hospital, suffering from multiple fractures to her leg.
Gibeault reportedly admitted to investigators that he caused the injury, but said it was a mistake.
