In this edition of Theme Park Roundup, President Donald Trump will have a speaking role in the Hall of Presidents, Universal’s Islands of Adventure named No. 1 amusement park and Disney’s Pirates of the Caribbean will get a makeover.

Trump animatronic will speak

When Hall of Presidents reopens at the Magic Kingdom, President Trump will speak.

On Sunday, Disney confirmed to News 13 that an animatronic of the president would have a speaking role.

Rumors had circulated that Disney was considering an overhaul of the attraction and silencing the Trump animatronic. The articles published by Vice, which contained those rumors, were later retracted. Disney issued a public statement on Tuesday calling the articles "inaccurate."

Hall of Presidents is set to reopen in late 2017.

Islands of Adventure lands on top

Universal’s Island of Adventure has been named the No. 1 amusement park by TripAdvisor.

It tops the U.S. and worldwide rankings.

Other Central Florida theme parks also made the list, including Discovery Cove, Magic Kingdom, Universal Studios Florida, Epcot, Disney’s Animal Kingdom and SeaWorld Orlando.

"We wants the redhead"

Disney is changing a memorable scene in its Pirates of the Caribbean attraction.

On Thursday, the company announced that the auction scene with women being sold as brides would be replaced with an auction for loot.

A popular character known as “the redhead” will also get a new role, joining the ranks of those who plunder.

The changes will debut at Walt Disney World and Disneyland in 2018.
