  • Town hall Oct. 9 in Orlando

The onePULSE Foundation has opened a survey to get input from the public. The survey will be live until Oct. 31.

The group opened the survey in phases, first to victims' families and survivors, then first responders from law enforcement and health care fields.

Now the survey is open to anyone, anywhere in the world.

The permanent memorial and museum will be built on the site of the Pulse Nightclub.

Information from the survey will be used find concensus and trands regarding the look and purpose of the memorial.

The onePULSE Foundation will also hold a series of town hall forums to encourage more public discussion.

The first will be Monday, Oct. 9 at 6 p.m. at the Orlando Repertory Theater on Princeton Street. Admission is free, but tickets are required because seating is limited.

You can sign up for tickets on the Eventbrite website.

And you can sign up to take the memorial survey on the onePULSE Foundation website.
