Several Volusia County cities dealt with power outages Tuesday afternoon.
The Utilities Commission of New Smyrna Beach reported a citywide outage, and they are working to figure out why.

Viewers also reported power outages in Deltona, Lake Helen and Orange City. Traffic lights reported out in several areas.
Duke Energy confirmed that 31,000 people from the Volusia-Seminole County line to Deltona were without power when the outage happened at 4:15 p.m.
Duke Energy said power was restored to all customers by 7 p.m. The cause was damage to a transmission line.
Florida Power and Light says it was not working any power outages.
