A $5,000 reward is being offered for information that leads to the arrest in a deadly shooting over the weekend in Clermont, police said.

Clermont Police officers responded during the early morning hours of Sunday, June 11, to the 1000 block of Disston Avenue.

Ronald Stedelin, 30, suffered a single gunshot wound to the head and was pronounced dead at the scene. Someone who lives nearby discovered Stedelin on the ground behind his vehicle in the apartment complex at about 2:30 a.m.

The Clermont Police Department on Thursday announced Crimeline is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in Stedelin’s murder.

"The members of the Clermont Police Department are diligently working several leads, and I'm confident that we will have an arrest soon," Chief Charles Broadway said in a statement. "I want to thank our community for the information and assistance that has been provided thus far."
