A 26-year-old man was shot and killed Sunday at a Ker's WingHouse in Ocala, police said.

Ocala Police officers responded at about 9:52 p.m. to the restaurant located at 2145 East Silver Springs Blvd., to a report of a shooting.
When officers arrived at the scene, they found Jonathan Sullivan in the parking lot with multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to an area hospital, where he died.
The shooting suspect, 23-year-old Robert Bavle, was apprehended at the scene. After the initial investigation, Bavle was charged with second-degree murder and booked into the Marion County jail.
