Thirty-five firearms were stolen from a Volusia County store during Hurricane Irma, according to the Daytona Beach Police Department.

Police said the theft happened at Volusia Gold & Diamond on Sept. 11, sometime between midnight and 9 a.m.

Jewelry was also stolen from the store, authorities said.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the National Shooting Sports Foundation are offering a reward of up to $8,000 for information leading to an arrest of the thieves.

ATF and Daytona Beach Police are conducting the investigation.
