Anna Tataris, Reporter
Bay News 9's Anna Tataris is a general assignment reporter based in the news channel's Hillsborough County newsroom.
Anna began her TV news career in Orlando as a producer assistant for WESH-TV, the NBC affiliate. From there, Anna moved on to work as a reporter at stations across the state, including WJHG in Panama City; WBBH in Fort Myers; and both WPBF and WPEC in West Palm Beach.
In addition, Anna was host/correspondent of a nationally televised show called "Identity" that focused on women's issues. The show aired on TLC, Bravo and Women's Entertainment Television. She joined the Bay News 9 reporting team in January 2005.
A graduate of the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Anna holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in radio and television broadcasting. Anna's work has been recognized by the American Heart Association with its Award of Excellence in Cardiovascular Communication and the Society of Professional Journalist for Disaster Coverage.
Anna's family is from Tarpon Springs and she enjoys reporting on events in the Greek Community. Anna spends her spare time traveling with her husband, who is also a television journalist.
