Citrus County deputies say they arrested a 16-year-old Homosassa boy at his school Thursday for sexually battering two toddler boys.
A report submitted by a detective says the victims are aged one and three.
The mother of the one-year-old allegedly walked in on the teen exposing himself and reported his actions to the Sheriff's Office.
Deputies claim the teen admitted to having the one-year-old put his mouth on the teen's genitals twice.
The grandfather of the three-year-old boy later told investigators the toddler claimed the teen rubbed his genitals against the boy's genitals and buttocks.
Deputies also claim the suspect admitted to having the three-year-old touch and put his mouth on the teen's genitals on more than one occasion.
Most of the alleged crimes took place in the teen's bedroom.
Deputies say the teen functions on a level lower than his age, but could answer questions.
The suspect told investigators he learned this behavior from an 18-year-old at the older teen's home.
The accused told deputies he didn't realize these were criminal actions and the older teen warned him not to tell anyone.
The suspect is now in a juvenile detention facility in Ocala.
The investigation continues.
