Hulk Hogan has conquered the ring. Now he's taking on the beach.

The wrestling icon is opening up his own restaurant off Courtney Campbell Causeway, called Hogan's Beach.

From the outside, it looks like a hotspot on the beach complete with tiki huts and a mechanical shark. But Hogan and his team are serious about making his newest venture a Bay area mainstay.

"I’m hoping to take all the power of Hulkamania and just draw everyone in," said Hogan.

It's safe to say wrestling fans will be drawn in as soon as they step in the door. The Hulk dug into his personal memorabilia collection to line the walls of the entryway. He calls it his entire career in a 30 second walk.

And it's already bringing in the Hulkamaniacs, even though it won't open until New Years Eve.

Hogan's Beach is a wrestling fan's dream, but Hogan says he wants there to be something for everyone, which is why he paid special attention to the menu.

"My favorite part is the food without a doubt," he said. "But when the weather changes instead of hanging at Clearwater Beach, I'm going to be dragging the old lawn chair out here just to see how much chaos I can get started out here on this little beach."

The Clearwater resident says he's planning to make this spot his home away from home. He made a special cameo appearance in the dining room and asked customers how their food tasted.

The former reality star is also in talks to turn his new restaurant into a reality show.
