The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office has reopened the intersection of Gunn Highway and Linebaugh Avenue in Tampa after an earlier propane leak.
Officials had blocked off the intersection and a half-mile area of the surrounding roads due to the 5:30 a.m. leak.
Deputies said the leak was from the release valve of a 10-foot propane tank at the Citgo gas station at the intersection.
A hazardous materials team responded to the scene. The roadway was reopened at 6:30 a.m.
No injuries were reported.
