The woman accused of injecting people with toxic chemicals made another court appearance.

Sharhonda Lindsay had a restitution hearing Monday afternoon in Hillsborough County.

Lindsay, a transgender woman, is accused of injecting the chemicals in people as part of a buttocks enhancement procedure.

Lindsay used substances including cement, super glue and Fix-a-Flat.

One of Lindsay's victims was in court today. Andrea Mingo is still looking for justice.

She says that the simple action of just sitting in court is painful. "The pain is just constant, nothing helps," Mingo said.

In 2009, Lindsay pled guilty to illegally injecting some sort of silicone-like substance into Mingo's and another woman's rear ends.

In return for not getting immeidate jail time, Lindsay admitted to it and initially agreed to help pay Mingo's medical bills.

But she has not paid much of that bill.

"You would never think someone would do this harm to someone and not really care," Mingo said.

Today, the judge set another court date.

A motion was filed and the case is continued for the third time.

"It's becoming overwhelming," Mingo said.
