As the case of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin's death continues to get global attention, the thousands of voices in Central Florida demanding justice are about to get some big support.

The Rev. Al Sharpton is scheduled to join the protest Thursday night in Sanford.

And a group of Bay area residents say they will be a part of the rally. About 15 to 20 members of the African-American Club of Pasco County say they are heading to Seminole County to ''be a part of the justice process.''

Meanwhile, Sharpton said it's the entire community's responsibility to hold what he called the "small, southern town" accountable for what happened to Trayvon Martin.

Sharpton also called for the arrest of George Zimmerman, the neighborhood watch volunteer who shot and killed Martin in late February.

Zimmerman has said he was acting in self-defense, despite the teen being unarmed, carrying only a bag of Skittles and a bottle of iced tea.

Hundreds have attended previous rallies around Seminole County all week long, but Sharpton could be joined by thousands tonight. Thursday's rally is scheduled to start at 7 p.m. at First Shiloh Baptist Church in Sanford.

Including the Pasco group.

"Whether is was on the East Coast or the West Coast, children are children,'' said Darryl Stevenson, Acting President of the African-American Club of Pasco. "I'm a firm believer that all children are our children. Doesn't matter where they are, where they come from or what they look like. We're responsible for their welfare and their education and their well being. And this was an instance where a child's life was taken, so we need to stand up for it."
