Two suspects are under arrest in connection with the double homicide of two teens whose bodies were found burning along a trail in Orange County on April 15.

The bodies of 16-year-old Nicholas Presha and 18-year-old Jeremy Stewart were found on fire by bicyclists. Both attended Winter Park High School.

At a news conference Friday night, Orange Co. Sheriff Jerry Demings announced 30-year-old Jesse Davis and 31-year-old Hector Rodriguez were arrested in this case.

Demings said a handgun that was found at the residence was the murder weapons. Demings said Presha and Stewart were attempting to sell stolen handguns.

Davis and Rodriguez will be charged with first-degree murder, kidnapping and other charges. Rodriguez was taken into custody at the Nob Hill apartments around 8:30 p.m. Friday.

Davis remains incarcerated at the Orange County Jail on a previous arrest.
