A 64-year-old Brandon has been arrested Thursday after masturbating in front of four kids and later chasing them through the neighborhood, the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office said.
Anthony Lee Humphries was charged Thursday with four counts of lewd or lascivious exhibition in front of a minor and is being held on $7,500 bond at the Hillsborough County Jail.
Authorities say the kids spotted Humphries masturbating while naked and watching them through the open front door of his home on the 3700 block of Southern Drive. The kids ran away, but the man put on a pair of underwear and chased them down the road.
The kids hid inside a house, and when they left a short time later, Humphries chased them again, deputies said.
Humphries has denied having any contact with the children.
