Lightning sparked a fire at a 9,000-square-foot mansion in Tarpon Springs Monday afternoon.
We're told the homeowners and their family were home at the time but were able to get out safely.
The home is located on the 1200 block of Florida Avenue North.
At one point, firefighters believed they had put the fire out only to discover a hotspot.
At least a dozen fire units were called to help fight the blaze.
