A former employee at All Children's Hospital has filed a whistleblower lawsuit against her former employer.

According to Bay News 9's partner newspaper the Tampa Bay Times, Barbara Schubert claims the hospital overpaid its physicians, violating anti-kickback laws.

The 60-year-old Bradenton woman says she worked at the hospital for more than a decade as the director of operations for its doctors' practice.

The lawsuit states that doctors were overpaid by about $5 million in 2010.

State Attorney General Pam Bondi's office is now investigating.

So far, hospital officials have not commented.
