Volunteers are needed for an event next month at Manatee County Animal Services.
The "Does Tricks, Loves Treats" adoption event is set for Oct. 27. Volunteer counselors will guide new pet parents through the adoption process during the event, which is 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Animal Services is looking for at least 20 volunteer adoption counselors. To become a volunteer, please email tammy.bentley@mymanatee.org wil your contact information.
The event will be held at both Animal Services locations:
- 305 25th St. W, Palmetto
- 1002 B. Manatee Ave. W, Bradenton.
