Eager to get a hold of some of the best deals of the year, shoppers are braving the cold weather in tents on Wednesday night outside Best Buy in Tampa.

The store doesn’t open until 6 p.m. on Thanksgiving night, but that’s not stopping customers wanting to be the first in line for the doorbusters showcased in the store.

The shoppers say they’ll go to any lengths to get the deals, including Tuesday night’s rain and Wednesday night’s chilly temperatures.

"We have fun and we enjoy it, a lot,” said Valerie Corredor, who’s been waiting in line with her grandfather, Jose, and her 6-year-old brother, Christopher, since Monday.

The Corredors say they have an expensive shopping list and are ready to get everything on it at a good price.

"A guitar, a TV, and two computers," said Corredor, as she listed off just some of the items on their list.

Unlike the Corredors, not everyone is willing to make the sacrifice of a good deal.

"It's too much to stay here,” said Joao Januario, who just bought a computer during regular shopping hours.  "It's very cold."

Alan Schneider said he’d rather shop online than wait in long lines.

"It's not worth staying all night out there, and I don't think the deals are any better," said Schneider.

The Corredors disagree.  They have camped out for Black Friday deals for the last eight years in a row.

"To buy them because it's better than the regular price," said Valerie Corredor.
