A Manatee teen who says he's earned more than $700,000 over the past few years selling custom designed video game controllers.

And now the mini-tycoon plans to give back to sick children.

"I just want to give something back to them," said Sam Vrinios, 16, owner of Imagine Controllers. "I have the money to do it and I just think it's going to be a great thing to do."

Vrinios designed a Batman, Superman and Minnie Mouse Xbox 360 controllers to donate to the Florida Hospital for Children in Orlando, along with limited edition Xbox 360 slim consoles to match.

The teen said he's going to make that nearly $2,000 donation on Nov. 18.

"I'm going to play with those kids. Talk to them about following their dreams," he said. "I'm going to tell these kids that anybody can create their own business."

Vrinios said he first started his business back in 2011, with only a website. After shipping orders all over the world, the teen opened a store in Lakewood Ranch where he builds the controllers. It's a business that's flourished and allowed the young entrepreneur to help sick kids escape their reality in style.

"It's a great way for me to give back to those kids," he said. "I just want to make sure that I inspire them."
