Give a pet a loving home for the holidays for just $10 during the Hernando County Animal Services "Home for the Holidays" adoption event from Dec. 3 through Jan. 3, 2014.
All animals are fully vettedspayed or neutered, vaccinated, treated for parasites and licensed (Hernando County residents only). Dogs are tested for heartworm disease and cats for Feline Leukemia.
If you are unable to adopt a pet at this time, but would still like to give, you may donate any of the following supplies to Hernando County Animal Services:
- Bath and hand towels
- Dog biscuits
- Bleach for cleaning
- Dog shampoo
- Canned cat and dog food
- Large balls and toys for play yard
- Cat carriers
- Cat litter
- Dog collars and leashes
- Metal food dishes
- Laundry soap
