Friends of a popular Tampa drag queen are sharing their emotional thoughts after a man was captured and charged for her murder.

Deandre Tolliver faces first degree murder and armed robbery charges.

He's accused of killing Anthony Lee, better known as South Beach Wanda.

He died May 28. Police say he was in the wrong place at the wrong time.

He just happened to be staying at a home on Genessee St. where he was shot and killed.

Tampa police say that home was targeted, but they believe the bullets were meant for someone else.

One of Lee's friends said although there has been an arrest, justice will be hard to come by.

"The person who did this, when you hurt someone like that, like anyone, you not only hurt the person, you hurt their family. You hurt their friends. So, he killed a lot of people that day. You know, maybe not physically, but he killed them emotionally. You know, I mean, there's a lot of people hurting right now," said Esme Russell, a friend.

Tolliver is being held in the Hillsborough County Jail without bond.
