Tampa authorities are searching for man who shot another man to death during an argument overnight in northeast Tampa.
According to Tampa police, officers were sent to 13th Street and East Yukon Street around 5:15 a.m. Sunday to investigate a report of shots fired. They found 21-year-old Edward Howard Junior shot dead with a small-caliber gun.
Authorities are now searching for 18-year-old David Irvin. He stands about 6'-6'2" and weighs between 160-170 lbs.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Irvin and he is considered armed and dangerous.
