Tampa Police have arrested a man for the June 9th Sulphur Springs murder of Edward Howard, Jr.
Officers say David Irvin, 18, of North Mulberry Street shot and killed Howard during an argument in the 800 block of North 13th Street.
Irvin was taken into custody just before midnight on June 29 at a home in the 10000 block of North Annette Street.
Police say Irvin surrendered at the house without incident.
