The Tampa Police Department's newest recruit is anything but intimidating.
Blu, the 10-week-old bloodhound, will sniff out bad guys as he becomes part of the K-9 team and you'll see it all on his blog.
K-9 Officer Dave Savage was chosen to partner with Blu. Officer Savage is training Blu to walk on a leash.
Over the next few weeks, Blu will be taken to as many places as possible to get him used to the sights and sounds.
Blu's blog started just five days ago when he was chosen out of a litter of bloodhound puppies.
Richard Gonzmart, owner of the Columbia restaurants, donated Blu to the department.
