A New Port Richey woman was caught driving while drunk after she demanded free food from a McDonald's, deputies said.

According to the arrest report, Kimberly J. Womack, 34, pulled up to a McDonald's drive-through Sunday morning and demanded two free Big Macs.

Deputies said Womack told the employees she did not like the burgers she got during her last visit and deserved them free of charge this time around.

When employees told her Big Macs weren't available because the restaurant was still serving breakfast, deputies said Womack changed her order to two Egg McMuffins.

Employees told her "no" again, but Womack wouldn't budge, deputies said. When deputies arrived, they found the drive-thru backed up with customers. Womack reportedly told deputies her rights were being violated.

Deputies said they smelled alcohol on Womack's breath. A test revealed her blood alcohol content to be 1.08.

Womack was arrested and charged with driving under the influence. She was booked into the Pasco County Jail.
